There is no international standard for the viscosity of protective films. The viscosity of the protective film is generally set by the enterprise itself. The reference value is probably the classification of micro viscosity, low viscosity, medium viscosity and high viscosity. About the micro stickiness is in the 0.02~0.1N, the low viscosity in the 0.1~1N, and the sticky words in the 1~2N, in terms of high viscosity, the words are in the 2~6N, but this is sometimes not necessarily.

As for the choice of viscosity of protective film, the basic principle is that viscosity is appropriate. In general, because the stickiness of the different surfaces is different, then we can observe the difference in the speed of the stickiness according to the difference between the surface and the pressure. In this case, we need to place the protective film for a long time and then peel it off so that we can determine whether the viscosity of the protective film is appropriate. We need to know that when the protective film is used, it uses rubber or acrylic protective film. The two effects are different. Here the rubber is soft, but the words of acrylic are hard, so we generally choose the first time to consider the rubber type protection film, then the acrylic protective film, for our actual processing, given a surface, at this time we have to choose. Choose appropriate glue and stickiness. In this case, we should pay attention to the protection of the smooth surface of the film, so we should choose a low viscosity protective film. For medium rough surfaces, we should choose a medium viscosity protective film.

Finally, about the very rough surface of the protective film, we choose a high viscosity protective film, which has a viscosity of 1.5N/cm. In this case, we also have to pay attention to it, that is, when we want to do laser cutting, we need to know that the protective film meets the heat contraction. At this time, we should choose a highly sticky protective film to stick to the stickiness of 1.9N/cm.
